Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, all sales are final. LustraStrands do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.


Exception: Incorrect Order

If you receive the wrong item or incorrect hair length, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at shopluxe21@yahoo.com with:

Clear photos of the item received

Original packaging photos


To qualify, the hair must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging.

 

If approved, we will send the correct item or issue a replacement at our discretion.


Please Note:

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Orders cannot be canceled once processing begins.

We do not offer refunds for texture preference, color differences, or change of mind.

 

Chargebacks filed without first contacting Lustra Strands to resolve an issue may be disputed with proof of delivery, tracking information, and order confirmation.
